    If you can't find one, I made one in the past using 3/8-24 threaded rod and nuts, as well as socket head cap screws and nuts. If you're not so worried about cosmetics you can whip up your own for a few bucks worth of components.

    You can play around with stacking and torqueing the nuts differently so you can get them to all orient correctly.
