In case the WSRC is shuttered again the IDNR is supposed to keep the maintenance to a minimum standard. It the trap houses are leaning now, or sinking as the minutes say, and the joint is not shuttered then what will the minimum standard be?
My question of "what will the minimum standard be?", would be directed toward the "ATA members" ..... I guess history will tell if the "ATA" killed "Sparta", or if "Sparta" killed the "ATA" ..... Either way, it is easy to see that "terminal" is the current health condition of both ..... Back to the question of "what will the minimum standard be?" ..... is it watch the "ATA" eliminate "short yardage", so the "leaders" only get smoked by 10 or more targets per hundred from people on "at least the 20" ????? And the "occupy the 27" shooters only get smoked by 20 or more targets per hundred, still making them look the fools they are ????? The "ATA" has been at a "minimum standard" for years ..... Let the "shoot for fun social club" die it's slow death, or pull the life support plug and speed it up ..... but "saving it" has long past ..... At the current rate the "ATA cancer" is spreading, soon places like the "Cardinal Center" will suffer "health problems" ..... "ATA cancer" ..... https://www.google.com/search?q=cancer definition&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 ..... "a practice or phenomenon perceived to be evil or destructive and hard to contain or eradicate" .....
Minimum as in anything more than nothing at all ..? That should be rather easy to achieve ... Sadly "User 1" is dead on , sad situation indeed ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
If WSRC is shuttered again, they will not spend money on Maint. IDNR is tired of putting money$ in holes
