How old is this?

Is there any "wiggle" when holding the grip area and twisting the butt-pad?

Is it set up for lefty or right shooter?

Not sure how old; I bought it used a couple years ago.
There's no wiggle. You're local; PM me and you're welcome to come by and check.
It's set up for a lefty right now, but that's an easy switch.
I have the box/kit that I got with it. I didn't know there was any difference. Again, PM me and you can come by and check it out.
