Criminals push innocent bystanders onto subway tracks and don’t get prosecuted. If you get shot by a thug while working at a NYC parking garage they will handcuff you to your hospital bed and let the thug that shot you go free. New Yorkers fear for their lives because the D.A. refuses to prosecute violent criminals. Yet somehow this D.A. has time to attempt prosecution of an alleged nonviolent misdemeanor that MIGHT have occurred more than 7 years ago?
