I've rebuild a lot of hydraulic cylinders, they're pretty easy if you have the new seals and you're semi competent. Any local hydraulic shop should be able to repair it as well.
Not all are rebuildable. I had a aluminum silver cylinder that was crimped and not threaded ends. Bought a new cylinder pretty cheap.
