Some of these concepts looked easy until I tried to define them precisely. I first wrote down the ordinary-language version, not the jargon. I also noted what people might confuse it with. That same trick worked across tort, medical, and property terms. The legal category can move with one detail, like possession. With negligence, I separated the duty question, the breach question, the cause question, and the harm question before putting the pieces together. On the healthcare side, I treated the consent issue as a standalone issue. For property, I first asked whether the issue was use, then I checked which doctrine fit. I linked joint tenancy right of survivorship under the matching term so I could return to the same distinction. The property pages made the distinction easy to see: co-ownership labels can change survivorship. For the causation terms, I treated factual cause and legal cause as related ideas that do different work. The little routine I kept was: name the concept, find the nearby term, then look at the changing fact.
