Is the Beretta 686 28 ga. frame the smallest, or is there a .410 only frame?

 

This will fit most 28 gauges as they are the Beretta “baby frame”, same as 410. However Beretta has made some 28 gauges on the 20 gauge frame. So you would need to check your gun to be sure.
