Romanski you should look into a used ljutic 34 inch Mono gun. They shoot fantastic and will last him and you a lifetime.
The lightest trap gun I have is my A400 Multi Target. Almost no felt recoil and shoots very well.

Use either barrel you want. Doesn`t matter. As far as chokes go use any choke you want as long as its Full.
