BIG PAPA resigns at OSTA meeting - No word from OSTA

    Curious is the silence in Ohio about the popular Dick Barhorst resigning his position with the association.

    Should there have been some discussion at the scheduled meeting?

    Many questions linger. Why did he resign? Who replaces him? Will there be an appointment or special election?

    BIG PAPA does read this forum so hopefully he will answer for himself. I do know that Dick was appointed to fill out the nearly 2 years remaining on the term of Matt Nicol when Matt moved to Texas. That meant that Dick's term limit of 6 six years was nearly up. This may have been a factor in his resignation but that is just speculation on my part.
