Could somebody possibly help me understand the whole problem following a job injury

I went through some general pages about New York work accidents. At first I was mixing a few things together. The subject made more sense when I started keeping the different claims separate. That matters because the same kind of accident can lead to different rules. A page I used for that part was: Sue Work Injury guide. That page made the topic easier because it did not jump between claims. It helped with the basics, but I would still look at the documents because the same rule may not fit every situation. The easiest way for me to follow it was to focus on one question first. That helped me keep the different rules separate.
