Look carefully to see a sight not often seen in southern Arizona at the lower elevations: at least IMHE.
There is a new non-registered event this year for the less than All Americans:
See you Monday...
Is the entire event unregistered? Or, just that one handicap event?
My poor attempt at humor, it was. The event is registered. Since the sign said peasant valley; I thought of the less than well known, such as yours truly, having a dedicated event which excluded the upper crust. The event is actually the “Pleasant Valley.” Pleasant Valley is a city/town in Arizona. Tucson is fond of naming their preliminary events after towns in Arizona.
Friday morning before the Championship Doubles. I know snowbirds are used to this at home. However......southern Arizona low desert? Beam me up Scotty.

Friday’s Preliminary Handicap was called on account of weather.
Loved shooting at Pleasant Valley back in the day, Got my named carved in a few benches there for 100x100 in doubles, fun times !! The road in, not so much love there lmao
So, what happened to the weather after this lovely day pictured above?
Saturday and Sunday were back in the high 60's and low 70's.
