I'm going back to reloading, Haven't reloaded other than sub gauge for skeet. Now I shoot sporting clays and need some recipes for 1 oz 12 ga 1200-1250 fps loads. Will be using mostly AA's hulls haven't decided on primers yet but probably Winchester 209. I have a PW 800B i just picked up. I'll order a 1 oz shot bushing but unsure of range of powder busings I'll need. Any help will help so thanks..
I'm a gun club guy, so can't help with components, but what powder are you going to be using? That might help with some bushing numbers
I load Gun Clubs and AAs with the same loads. Powder will be the determining factor - and IF you have that many Win 209s. Sold all of mine to switch to Cheddites. Now just need to get rid of my Red Dot & 700X since changing over to High Gun & Perfect Pattern. No sense in keeping powder that I can't buy whenever i want!
