It is a LS Smith Specialty Trap serial number 110XXX 32 inch ventilated rib choke tube barrel bore .725 with three Briley thin wall chokes Full .034 IMod .026 LMod .017 case colored receiver upgraded wood with beavertail forearm LOP 14.25 inch to a Hawkins red recoil pad HAC 1.5 inch HAD 1.75 inch cast for righthanded shooter. This doesn't check any of your boxes but I'm fairly certain you cannot buy more gun for the money. 1980 Browning Citori 34/32 trap combo. A true safe queen specimen. I added a Kickeez pad but it still has the original brown Browning pad that's hard as a rock. 14 1/2" LOP fixed full top single and fixed modified/full o/u. Unsorted barrel. The top single shoot appx. 9" high at 27 yards which is a minimum 90/10 gun. Newer brown leather factory case. The breech is a good indication of how little it's been shot in 45 years. $4000 delivered.
