Pigeon grade factory engraved Model 12 trap

A true collector's item - this is a pre 64 factory engraved Pigeon grade Model 12 trap. By the serial # it started its life in 1946 but was sent back to the factory for engraving at a later date. Engraved by Jasper Salerno. Jasper Salerno was a master engraver in the Winchester custom shop during the 1960s and 1970s. I have the letter of documentation from Pauline Muerrle confirming this is a #5 Pattern with extra scrollwork on the receiver and the end of the barrel. It is a 30" full choke barrel with Simmons rib. There are some marks on the left side of the stock, but the metal is perfect. The pictures will tell the story. $6500 takes it home, plus shipping and insurance. I will also be at the Grand on August 5 (Tuesday) and can have the gun with me, if it is still around.
