Ohio had the best attendance since Covid? Why?

Why was our shoot up? Are we giving thanks to great weather? Was it great planning due to our zone reps? Or was it because Joe Charnigo recruited over 500 shooters for a non-registered event?

BTW....the numbers still suck. It wasn't long ago we had twice that but it good to see.

 

I believe the big jump in attendance was Fri. Sat. and Sun. I believe that a good number of the Back Fence Shootout shooters entered the registered events on Fri. and then stayed for the weekend, but since shooters don't want to shoot for money I don't know why they would come for the Shoot Out. LOL

Definitely Charnigo…. Thats why I went and shot Fri-Sunday. I talked to several others that said the same.

it sure wasn’t for the busted up golf cart paths, dusty ass gravel parking lot, stellar targets thrown from clearly unmaintained machines, or the old terrible RJ Stuart scoring system.

Probably won’t return to Cardinal Center until some major changes occur…new ownership or something.It’s only a 3.5 hour drive for me but I just feel like the OSTA or whomever runs the place just doesn’t seem to care.

Just my opinion though, maybe I’m in the minority.

 

More like probably won’t return until next year when there is even more money in the Back Fence event.

 

I agree since the ordinal owner pass away things started going down pothole parking lot

 

I have to say I'm guilty of going down just to support Not So Slow Joe and what he is trying to do. I'm not the only one that I know that went down for that reason and it provides proof that if you offer a strong reason to shoot, shooter's will come!
