The bullet manufacturers have more than enough bullets at that price. There wasn’t a rush of people buying. Floor manager implied that the rush is over for now. Does that mean there is room to make trap loads?

At that price there wont be a rush.

The new (higher) prices on shotgun ammo might slow down sales too. Federal 4 packs are $30 + at local Walmarts. Way up from a year ago at this time.
Prices are going to hurt shoot attendance in my opinion. Inflation is all around us.

Estates at Wal Mart in Hillsboro, Ohio today, $24.74 per four pack plus tax

That works out to be $6.63 per box, or $66.30 a flat,

In my opinion, they are not a bad shell for no more than I shoot.

I would gladly pay that on a regular basis.

its starting to come down as I predicted. why? end of year inventory. the stores don't want to get caught with taxable inventory.
