Late shoot reports

I just don't understand why clubs cannot get their shoot reports in on time ( especially in the computer age ) ! I ran shoots for several years and ALWAYS had the reports in the mail the next week day. At the current time I am waiting on scores from one club in AL ( 23 days late) and one from TN. ( 15 days late) ! I know the rule book says clubs can be fined for late reports but, it doesn't seem that the ATA enforces it very strictly !

 

Like everything else blame it on COVID-19 whether or not that is the problem.
