Krieghoff K80 Wenig TS Stock w/WRS sold

Wenig Trap Special K80 stock set with Wenig recoil reduction system. English walnut grade 3 set was built a little over a year ago and has had very minimal use. It comes with all of the different springs for desired recoil reduction. This stock set is in immaculate shape with no dents or dings. That is very nice!! What is the hole in the bottom of the grip for?

 

That’s where you install the stock bolt to hold the stock to the receiver. It’s a different design but works great!

 

So do you have to modify the receiver to get the stock bolt to thread into the bottom of it instead of the back of the receiver where there’s already a threaded hole?

 

No sir you do not need to modify anything, there is a lug that you install into the back of the receiver (into the stock bolt location) and then you place your new Wenig stock bolt in through the bottom of pistol grip. Really cool and sleek design by Bobby and his crew. The WRS is by far one of the best recoil reduction units on the market!
