ICE Shooting perp armed Sig P320, Known to go off on it's own - "uncommanded discharges,"

I just watched the latest shooting in Minnesota and it looked hard to me to believe that guy could pull a concealed gun and fire it with all his arms and legs being held down and him struggling so much. Now I'll say that I couldn't see everything that was happening but the SIG P320 has been proven to go off when it was hit , dropped, or just once in awhile. I've been told by my son that they even print know that SIG recommends NOT having a shell in the chamber when you carry it.

Not saying this happened but is possible. I heard that he fired first, I would recommend not owning one of these guns.

 

The gun "could" have fired when an agent seized it and other agents responded, the guns owner; however was shot 9 times

 

I just watched a video of the shooting on Tim Pool's u-tube show and what happened was the ice agents got the sig away from the perp and was carrying it by the grip and it went off in the pavement. His hand looks to be not near the trigger at all. A sig failed and fired. Watch the video.

 

When a gun goes bang, it triggers a response,, intentional or NOT--there should be a national & international real on all SIG 320's

 

The National Media was slow to get a clue. Someone leaked Brad's post. Americantrapshooter.com was out the first...again.

 

Who gets the fault here? Sig?

 

Learn something new everyday. I own a couple Sigs. Always been very reliable. Guess even the best are subject to error.
Perhaps the blame should go to the politicians for inciting violence. Or maybe the the local law enforcement for not controlling the crowds. Or maybe the rioters for engaging and obstructing federal officers while in the line of duty. But never the gun.
