Started as a factory engraved San Remo. Unknown engraver . San Remo s are all different , you will notice this one has greater coverage and depth than normal

The factory Crown engraved trigger guard and gold crowned top lever as well as gold and nitriding were done later

    This looks like a $35,000 K80

    Thanks for asking

So this is a K32 San Remo with a K80 prototype trigger?

Let me refer you to the description above ...It is a factory San Remo like pattern only more coverage and deeper example of many you might see . The factory actually did not label them with names like Sam Remo because if variations in orders and individual engraver differences. DuPont did that. This one has all the enhancements listed above . The Crown grade top lever and trigger guard are certainly factory manufactured. Whether those were an upgrade or upgraded later no way to really determine . The gold engraving. .. assume added afterwards but no way to tell and the trigger parts looks like later model K32 trigger parts to me .

Nitride finish came later no doubt as did the highly engraved top latch

This would be a $35,000 dollar K80 but rather it is a $7000 K32.. it likely would take $14 K to duplicate

Looks like dimples on the face of the receiver above the firing pin or is it a shadow?
