Falconstrike recoil pad

    Just installed one on my 870. Plan on shooting 150 sporting targets tmro. Federal four pack. 1-1/8 1200 fps. Anxious to see how this thing works.

    Longer pad than the 870 pad --did you have to shorten the stock?

    Yes on my 870. It was a TB stock and already long. I put one on a Jack West and one on a Fabarm XLR5. I Didn't cut either one.

    Theyre about 1-3/8 so depending on your present pad and LOP.

    I just put one on my Perazzi and found it significantly reduced the felt recoil. I don't know if it reduced it by 80% as claimed in their advertising, but it was certainly significant.

    Had one on my DB81 for over a year very happy with it
