F/S: Remington 1100 12ga Stock Set- Wenig & Sile

Remington 1100 12ga stock set. Wenig New American right hand stock, and Sile forend.

Stock has been finished in a matte oil finish, and has a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Unfortunately a small piece cracked out near the inlet, which has been glued back into place. A more careful repair or a complete refinish would make this defect disappear. The inlet is still a bit oversize where it meets the receiver, so there's extra wood there to help facilitate blending a repair. I would guess the stock is one grade above standard based on the Wenigs I've seen over the years, to my eye it's slightly nicer grain in person than shows in the photos, with the slightest amount of feathering on both sides (Wenigs std grade is applecrate from what I've seen over the years).

Forend is an unused Sile, it doesn't match the stock (it's lighter in color) but at least gives you a functional set. If you're going to refinish the stock, strip, stain, and refinish the forend to match at the time time.

Minor fitting may be required.

That's less than a standard grade raw semi-inlet stock by itself (no forend, no pad, no fit & finish) based on the latest price list I can find.
