Think about it, her common answers would be, "What difference would it make? or "I can't remember". Or, her attorney just tells her to keep her mouth shut! With Obama in power, she'll never be charged. Just a waste of taxpayers money!

This morning the FBI was being asked if any consideration was taken in the fact that 1000 emails was scrubbed with no way of forensic recovery from her private server in which she has total control over and he replied he didn't feel she broke any laws.
The fix was in. That is why Lynch said she would abide by letting the FBI make the decision. My question is if she is not elected the Pres. can she then be indicted at a later date?
