Affordable lodging near The Cardinal Center

    My son and I are planning on attending the SCTP Championship this summer . Where are some decent places to stay within 30 minutes of the club ?

    There is a ton of motels one exit south and the Heritage Inn has a Trapshooter Special for $34.99. That one is a little less than thirty minutes north. You have to tell the desk you want the discount. The fun stuff is south. The Shaw Shank redemption prison tour is in the north.

    I have stayed at the Heritage Inn. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet.

    Just two exits south on I71 there are thousands of rooms at the largest shopping mall in the state of Ohio. About a 20-30 minute drive.

    Is there a difference between cheap and affordable? If you only need a place to sleep then the Heritage is great. If you like shopping, bars and restaurants Carrier Circle is a good choice.
