Am attempting to load these plastic based hulls with PB & CB1075 wad, crimps not so good! Going to look at BPI wads! Thoughts??
They're not worth dealing with. There is no proper domestic wad for them. You might be able to get away with the CB 3/4oz wad, 7/8oz of shot, and a large flake powder like Unique, but you're rolling the dice using a taper wad in a straight case. Otherwise, it's cheaper to throw them in the trash and buy AA/STS/HOA/GC hulls and load them with CB wads than it is to buy Guilandi wads at 2x+ the price to make them work. They are an orphan.
top gun is a federal hull. its a straight wall hull. only a fed 20SO or a CB equivilant is the wad for that hull. like mentioned, its a crappy hull. good luck.
The 20SO is discontinued and won't work w/ the plastic base wad TG 20s anyways, and CB doesn't make a straight wall 20.
