13 years ago there was an OSTA President from NW OH - None since - NW OH Zone not relevant?

    This story from Ohio. The last NW Ohio Zone President was 13 years ago. I am told that was Don Cogan.

    Is the NW Zone in Ohio still relevant? Or too relevant?

    Yes.... there are 4 zones. The math doesn't make sense.

    NW Zone might as well not participate in the zone shoot. And why should they?
