    Pics are on my Phone and cannot down load to my new computer, on my old computer it was a snap.
    I tried from 8:00pm to 2:00am but no luck.

    Try sending yourself an email with the pics attached. Check the email on your computer and then save the pictures to your computer from the email. There is probably a better way but this is how I have done this in the past based on my limited computer knowledge.
