No State Shoot? Who is ATA Delegate Then?

If a state has to cancel its 2020 state ATA shoot then what is the ATA delegate situation going to be ? The ATA rules say that a state has to elect a new delegate at each year's state shoot, so by extension if a state doesn't have a 2020 state ATA shoot wouldn't the ATA book of suggestions then mean that that state would not have an ATA Delegate and therefore no representation on the BOD next year. I would think no election no representation.

I remember that Pipe liar declared himself winner in Ky a long time back so he could become ATA president in the future (which he did) so I wonder what kind of shenanigans will happen this year?

Of course this is all on the presumption that an ATA delegate actually does anything, which some on here will argue they don't, but as the last ATA virus on here (H1N1) posted at ad nauseam every rule in the ATA book of suggestions has to be followed. Who would have thought that the newest virus could be the one that finished off the ATA.

I hit the like button on that one. We should be able to hit it twice.

My WAG is that since the boys running the circus always choose the easy way out they will just say the delegate stays a delegate until the next year.

You gotta remember the graphmaster always wanted to play by the strict rules, that's funny just saying it, unless it didn't suit the ringmasters. THEN there was always some obscure little known clause they pulled out of their azzes.

    The last ata virus H1N1.

That is some funny stuff right there. Wish I thought of it

Don't be surprised if a LOT of states have to cancel. Our PA governor just extended the
"stay indoors" period to April 30th.

Virginia will announce, if they already haven't, that the "stay at home" period will be extended to JUNE 10th.

I don't think people will be attending many state shoots this year.
