    "His site is very interesting and always posts lots of cool pictures."

    Then why the need to degrade himself to try to hide the fact of directing people from other sites ?????

    Chain threads with 'come visit me' makes the poster look foolish.

    In 1972 I saw one of those crowns blow up. Luckily the receiver survived. It scared the crap out of everybody there at the Rt. 58 gun club in Amherst, Ohio. Just an interesting thing to look at on Kreighoff engraving. The animals are always anatomically incorrect. A friend of mine who is a master engraver pointed this out to me.

    Trapshooter;
    What ever happened to all that money that was in the perfect middle 50's. After Ralph closed, we ask him and his answer was what middle 50's. and he walked away. Roger C.

    Roger, Ralph had sticky fingers. The club nearly went under because of him.

    Do you know what happened to the money that we shooters put into that pot? I'm just curious. It was up in the thousands. Roger

    Sorry, I was thinking you meant SG@R. I have no idea about Ralph Thomas and the Rt 58 club. The trap houses were not torn down until about 6 years ago. I can't remember when the club closed. I don't remember any pressure to close the club. My Dad would say that Ralph was always talking about closing the club because he want making the kind of money that he wanted. I do remember that the shoots were run very well.

    Sorry Roger,I have no idea about the money,he once told me he set one trap @50 yd.,the other @ 48yd, and that was enough to mess everyone up. Story I heard was that he was short on property to the sides of his fields which would not provide an effective boundary should the property be developed. Also heard his health was a issue. These are all third party so I won't swear by it.
