It has been a while since we shot for a car or motorcycle. Step up to the plate.

I think the last time the OSTA has a vehicle of any kind was the Black Harley when Brad Dysinger was OSTA President.

Was Brad the OSTA President the year the Harley was awarded? I would love to see a return of the "Shootin' for a Chevy" or the Harley promotion. Both were lots of fun!

Mississippi has been rumored to have a loaded Zastava Koral for the long yardage in state handicap event.

2013 was my last year on the OSTA Board. The crazy promotions we pulled off back then came with some financial risks, but we always made them work out (sometimes just barely). There has been more than one decision made by the Board in the last couple years that I have found puzzling. Recently I made a formal proposal to the Board to eliminate the application procedure they adopted for the All Ohio Team. The Board declined to even vote on my proposal. That tells me that this Board sees things much differently than I do (which might be a good thing!). Each Board gets to decide what legacy they wish to leave behind. I am very proud of the things we accomplished while I was part of the Board. Since I am no longer "in the loop" I cannot offer insight or explanation as to why the car / motorcycle promotions were discontinued. I suggest contacting your Zone Directors or the OSTA President for an explanation.
