Illinois Governor Rauner reneging on Life Membership?

The Illinois Governor Rauner was given an honorary ATA Life Membership. Previously he vetoed funds to repair the roads at the WSRC.

No more funds have appeared. The WSRC roads are still in need of repair and the ATA is maintaining state property. Was there a deal made?

The State of Illinois has yet to pass a budget, they have raised taxes again but still no budget ... The State credit standing is at the "JUNK" level , yet they voted them self a raise before going on vacation ... Madigan will not look at much less consider any budget proposals coming from the Governors Office , stating there is no room for compromise ...
