Trapshooting Comeback

    After the long layoff trapshooting I have found that I need to go to the Gym to build my Arm Muscles up, I had real arm strain at last nights 60 bird buddy shoot, those last 30 targets were Hell, My arms are still sore this morning.

    I will be at the Gym tomarrow to rebuild my Muscle mass in my arms, my 5lb wgt. Dumbell is not enough.

    You could use those Stretch Bands. I used them in Therapy.

    Every shooter who has had a long layoff shooting, should go to the gym, Build up muscles or go to Therapy.

    picking up a gun about 500 times a day for 3 weeks should do the trick.
