  1. Stumbled upon one of these during a Google search. Anyone own/shot one? Comments? Thanks in advance.

    What dawg said!

The chances of you getting a Stoeger O/U that has both barrels shooting in the same place is slim. With the barrels sawed off (to a legal length) it would make a great a great self defense device....provided you can swing it like a bat.

  4. Thanks for the feedback, gents. Thats the problem with online reviews... unless its about K or P or B guns, they are most often dated, poorly written, and ambiguous at beat. Often hard to decide whether the author was a fan or not.

Heat Cool....I see you are a new member. Welcome. We play rough here. This is the adult sandbox.

Are you looking for an inexpensive trap gun?

  6. I am a casual trap/skeet/sporting clays shooter. I currently shoot a Redhead Deluxe and an Ithaca 51 Featherlight. Took my son to the gun club for the very first time last weekend, and following an impromptu trap lesson from the club VP, he promptly broke 18/25 first time on a trap field using my 51. I'm thinking of picking him up an inexpensive, reliable gun to introduce him to the shooting sports. Looking forward to shooting with my sons for many years to come, Lord willing.

  7. Adult sandbox... my cup of tea. I will be certain to put my big boy britches on!! LMAO. Thanks for the kind welcome...

There are a lot of good used higher quality guns you can pick up for about the same price. Talk to some of the trapshooters, maybe attend a large state shoot, don't rush in! Educate yourself a little more then make sure to try many guns so you can make an informed decision. You made a great choice by asking on this forum (great start) now listen and learn. Good luck!
