I put my 12 ga. release triggers in my 20, Works perfectly. Curiosity got the best of me so I took a set of 12 ga. barrels and mounted them on the 20, perfect fit. took the 20 barrel and put them on my 12 receiver, perfect fit.

I did not shoot it with the 12 barrels but I see no reason it wouldn't work. Interesting to say the least.

Perfect fit, totally normal for large-frame Wingmasters.

The 12ga trap wood also fits the 20ga.

That happens on a lot of doubles the frames are often the same size between 12 and 20, so the barrels will swap right on.

It’ll probably fire, but I wouldn’t make a habit of running 12 gauge loads through a 20 gauge frame. The extractors and ejectors are usually cut for the smaller shell, and you’re putting more stress on a lighter receiver than it was built for. Fine for curiosity, not ideal as a regular thing.

I have a 12ga. Jack West on it. I have no intention or need to try 12 ga. barrels on it. I was just curious if they would fit, and they do.
