Can someone possibly advise us on this situation because of an accident at work

I found the early workers' comp steps easier to understand once I turned them into a first-month timeline. Right at the start, the practical things seem to be same-day reporting, so the early record is dated. Then the first-week part became about the first week away from work and what the doctor said about work status. The trickiest checkpoint looks like the 30-day notice window, since a 2 AM accident can make people second-guess the count. What ties the different early steps together is that each one can create something that can be checked later: a same-day medical record makes the timeline easier to prove. The thing I saved with the Day 0 / first-week / first-month notes was this checklist since it belonged somewhere on that first-month timeline.
