Perfect Pattern Powder

Does anyone use this powder for 1 1/8 loads ?

 

Hodgdon's load data site shows a variety of loads. Quite a few of the
guys at our range use it with great results. We like it more for one
ounce stuff. The price is very competitive.

 

I use with 1 oz. Works great and patterns great at 30 yds. Works for 16 yrd, 1st shot doubles.

 

It works, but it’s really happier with 1 oz or less.

 

Perfect Pattern is best with 7/8 and 1 oz 12 gauge loads.

For 1oz to 1-1/8oz High Gun is a better option.

 

Depends on the powder.

Plenty of people run common ones Unique, Universal, Green Dot, etc. for 1-1/8 oz loads with no issues if the data is published for it.

Just stick to a tested recipe from a reliable manual and you’ll be fine.
