Foreign language ? we spoke fine but every time he called ,i couldn't hear him clearly he keep sounding like his far from the phone or hiking on a mountain or something..There must be a mix up somewhere dont understand what you mean by foreign language.

Just a guess, but he may have a setting/or app that does not allow for blue tooth. My phone only works via blue tooth and speaker. And i use a blue tooth headset.
