    Check your to see if your o ring and brass washer are installed

    New brass washer, put in the right way and a new rubber washer, not a o ring.

    New brass washer installed directly on top of the charge bar with dimples up or on the bottle side and a new rubber washer on top of the brass washer.

    I put the brass washer on top of the rubber washer, so the rubber is against the bar. Yes, I know it goes the other way, but no more flakes anywhere.

    There is also a small 3D Printed cup you can install on the end of your charge bar to catch fine powders. I saw it on eBay if your interested
    I keep a good brass washer as mentioned earlier with the dimples facing up and a new rubber grommet on top.
    If your grommet is old and hard it may not work as well as it should
