It looks Right-Handed to me ?

 

Perazzi does not put the comb screws on the left side, I see no pics that would show cast or toe so I'm assuming you are looking at the comb screws.

 

Dean is correct, for some reason Perazzi has always put the comb screws on the same side no matter if its left handed or right handed but I can assure you this gun is left handed with left hand palm swell and 1/2 cast on at toe and its a factory original comb and stock
