Green vs. orange targets

    Green targets are great against green foliage and be sure to use "ice blue" lenses--they really pop with those lenses

    Yes, you absolutely should shoot them differently, because your eye and brain perceive them differently. Anyone who says a target is a target hasn't paid enough attention.

    green is perfect in desert night shooting.

    I personally see the green targets way better than the orange on most backgrounds.

    Ice blue lenses are great for me in the daylight. I had frank Rively make me a set of light yellow with a touch of green (his suggestions) for night time green targets and they worked very well

    i do have trouble with green against snow though.........

    Color/style is irrelevant if you have good mechanics. To generalize things, NY style/all orange, pink, green, underlight or under the brightest Tuscon sun, you ought not get to the bird with an empty gun.
