David Shaeffer jr vs Douglass Gregg minutes

#25-02 Against David Shaeffer Jr. (#9001762) as filed by Douglas Gregg (#810617)

On June 29 during the Maryland State Doubles Championship (MSSA Home Grounds)
in violation of Section XII, B (1).,(f) of the ATA rules, Mr. Shaeffer allegedly verbally
attacked and abused Mr. Gregg. Mr. Gregg and Mr. Shaeffer were on the same squad
during the event. Mr. Gregg had complications with his gun on both sub-events which
led to his alleged verbal abuse of Mr. Gregg during and after the event. The complaint
was sent to the delegate for investigation on July 1. Results are pending.

#25-07 Against Douglas Gregg (#0810617) as filed by David Shaeffer (#9001762)

On June 29, 2025 during the Maryland State Championships, Shaeffer alleged that
Gregg violated Section XII, B(1),B(2), b and c. of the ATA rules by disrupting the
harmony of the shoot, and for unsafe and dangerous actions. The complaint was filed
with the ATA on July 15, however additional information was required before it could be
sent to the Delegate for investigation.

That is only the complaints. If the ATA did nothing to the person that had an unsafe gun.....? But, punished the person that complained? I wouldn't want to participate anyway. But, this is only the complaint. We have to police our own sport.

The outcome might be different if this was at a different club. I hope merlo posts the final minutes.

 

I have seen a lot of trap houses shot. After two hits you need to remove yourself or be removed.
