POLL - How much is the Cardinal Shooting Center Marengo OH worth? - POLL

I know it was reported recently that the CC is not for sale. But if it was....what would it be worth?

The Cardinal is worth the price of land it sits on. I do not know what an acre sells for where the Cardinal is located or how many acres are owned by the Cardinal but maybe other members can chime in with that. I doubt there will be any buyers that would buy the Cardinal to continue as a shooting venue when other uses of the land most likely could generate a great deal more income versus the current set up. I also suspect that the property would sell for more if broken up, ie. selling the campground separate, existing restaurant, etc.

I speculate. You decide.

 

I would think the lead contamination of the land would affect the selling price also. No idea how many acres we are talking about.

 

The land is the value, should it become available, it would be a industrial property with millions, it’s too convenient to the I 71 and Columbus

 

And, the mineral rights under the land

 

Would the land there sell by the acre, or would it sell by the square foot. Just asking?
