It is new contract time for the ATA Executive Director. How many ATA Delegates have done their duties by becoming involved in those negotiations?

How would you grade your delegate?

How would you grade the ATA Executive Director?

The word is the Delegates either don’t care or don’t know their duties.

    I report. You decide.

You can be sure Neil Winston would have been involved. Ohio Delegate, Blair, reminds me more of one of his predecessors, Tom Acklin. I detested Neil but he could get things done. His partner in crime Bradford was just as misdirected but they were involved. Acklin sold Ohio for a gun. What have the late PA Delegates done for PA? The Michigan Delegate is a nice guy. That doesn’t do much for Michigan.

Then there is Phil Kiner. Ask Phil what is in the last contract. Is he helping negotiate this one?

The ATA is a reflection of the cronies we installed.

Winston and Acklin were two peas in a pod. The EC has not been worth a shit for 30 years. Why would anyone on this site care. The future of trap shooting is not the ata, it's the SCTP.

I've heard that Blair wants to be the VP from the central zone. From my dealings with him at last years Cardinal Classic I think he will be a perfect fit. From what I heard that what went on at this years state meeting he is already tuning up his double talk. He should fit into the job just fine in Lynn's eyes.

    Brad....

In 2021 at another heated OSTA meeting I asked Delegate Blair if he had seen the contract for the ED. He said no. He implied anyone can see it....false. They will only let a Delegate see it. Delegate Blair changed direction when I again pointed that out.

He promised he would get to the contract in 2021.
    ____________

At this years meeting I asked Delegate Blair what was in the contract that was in Ohio's best interest.
Surprise....Two years later he still hadn't seen the contract?

He said the issue is mute since a new contract is being negotiated. I asked if he was involved. He implied..."not his job" He said it was the EC's job. I pointed out that the tax documents say the contract was OK'd by the Delegates. He implied the ATA tax documents are false.

When I pushed that it was his job, he said the EC has the power to negotiate. I pointed out that it is his job to contact other delegates and get involved. It is your job to make sure the contract is in Ohio's best interest. His answer..."do you know how many delegates I would have to contact?"

I asked the Secretary if it the minutes would show Delegate Blair refuses to help negotiate the contract. Noreen replied they should in my opinion.

2021 Delegate Blair said he would get to the contract. At the recent 2023 Meeting Delegate Blair still had not seen the contract and said it is not his job.

    Ohio....you lose again.

    Family Guy,
Don’t feel bad Ohio isn’t the only state to have a “go along to get along” delegate. There are a bunch of them out there.

A Delegate stating at a public meeting that the ATA Tax returns may not be accurate?

29 MONTHS since you last posted here.
Health problems? Couldn’t take the heat when you defended that White elephant disaster in ILLnews? Quit shooting? Off chasing points? Maybe actually working at that dead as a doornail place in that anti 2nd amendment state? BTW, nice avatar. I saw the movie. They all died. Just like Gibson’s playground.

I wouldn’t be here if this wacko Ohio Delegate Blair would quit saying the ATA filed false tax returns. Big statement to be made publicly. You can get your ass in hot water saying that. Even if true. You never can have enough friends.

Wow Blair got caught in a lie here. The contact was already approved. The OSTA minutes seems to confirm Blair lie.

Hey OSTA this guy needs to be removed! No wonder some creeps wanted FG to be quiet.

Why would Delegate Blair say the EC is negotiating the contract when it was approved in March?

Why would Mr. Blair state the issue is mute since we will have a new contract soon.

Why would he say it isn't his job to get involved?

Why would he say Covid kept him from seeing the previous contract?

    Evidently this post fooled Merlo.

Why say the OSTA Board voted to remove a person from the HOF when the minutes say otherwise?

Lets try to make 2024 a better year for our Ohio shooters. We need the delegate and the board to be open and transparent. Why after some decisions were questioned was the agenda that is sent out to the board members for the next meeting stamped confidential? Isn't it the duty of the board members to keep the membership informed and receive opinions from them?
