They are not making any more guns. #299 is the last one. Merelyn had it for sale. Not sure if he still has it. They have plenty of parts and will repair anything. I am lucky enough to own two single barrels and one of their limited production twins. The first one I purchased new and have shot well over 100,000 rounds through it. EVERYTHING is 100% original. Greatest secret in trapshooting. Since there are only 300 of them in the world, only the proud owners know much about them. If you get the chance shoot one. You will never regret owning one. Hands down, by far the best trigger in any gun.

Though Gary & Larry are no longer producing guns they continue to support the lifetime warranty and work on them. I can PM you Gary's email address if you need it, just let me know.

According to the last couple of posts, they are not making them anymore. I don't recall a plunger-type trigger just a hammer style. One of the best single barrel Trap guns I have ever owned. In my days of shooting, I have owned 5 of them and currently have 2 left. Try one you will love it! Gary and Larry Alfermann are the best guy's in the business and you will ever meet.

i got to tell this Alfie story. When I decided to purchase my first single barrel I talked to the guys. They invited me to come out to Washington, MO. I had never shot one of their guns but decided I had to have one. Pulled into this little two trap club. Must have been 10 pickup trucks in the parking lot. This was on December 26 (a Monday) around 10AM. There were 10 Alfies in the rack (one per pickup truck). I was told pickup any of them and see if there was anything that came close to fitting me. The first thing I said was I must have a release trigger in the gun for me to able to shoot it. Larry said just pick out a gun. If it does not have a release trigger in it, I will convert it for you. Well you guessed it. The gun I wanted to try had a pull trigger. In about four minutes, Larry handed me the gun and said it now has a release trigger. I shot a handful of various POI's. Decided I wanted mine to be 100% high. So as we were doing the paper work, I told them I wanted some spare trigger springs. The boys looked me kind of funny and said why do you want spare trigger springs. I said well the Ljutic I have been shooting requires me to change to roll pins and the little coil spring in the release at least twice a year. The answer I got was - You will not need to change the springs etc in our gun. You keep track to the number of shells you shoot through our gun. When you approach 1,000,000 rounds, let us know and we will replace that blue coil spring. Yep, everything is original including that trigger spring. Of course, I have only shoot over 100,000 rounds. No such thing as an "annual". with a very expensive cost. Although, the guys have always looked at the gun annually at the Grand. Have never replaced any thing. Oh, by the way, the normal fee for an "annual" has always been a 24 pack of adult beverages. You will never find three (got to include Merelyn) folks to do business with. And that's my story, and I am sticking with it!!!!!!

I always chuckle when shooters consider or have annuals done. It's time to get a different brand of gun!

Had they made a lighter gun, I'd own one now.

These are by far the best single barrel trapgun you can buy.Yes the triggger is that easy to switch from pull to release or vise versa. These guns can also be set for either extract or eject.

Yep, on the eject versus extract. Just take the barrel off the reciever and turn the screw in the extractor 180 degrees. It is just that simple. You do need a screw driver.
