The “Silent that shoot great” - but can’t carry water.

Most of us know great shooters. You know the great shooter only type. The type that could shoot a 96 in wind storm. I am talking about duck pond shooters. Shallower than a duck pond dad would say.

Example. ‘Ole Leo was a great shooter. Talked crappy about the ATA. Or at least when he was sure he wouldn’t be quoted.

I don’t know too many great shooters with the jimmies to do what is best for the trapshooting community. It is no wonder the joint stinks. Just like a freaking duck pond. A very shallow duck pond.

Just my rant.

 

MShooter I don't know who you are. I did know Leo maybe better than any trap shooter alive today. He was as close to a brother as I had. He was my partner, my best man when I married Ann, and we split our winnings for many years. Saying all that it used to piss me off that Leo would say one thing about the ATA in private and then not say it in public. I don't think he knew the power he had to change trap shooting for the good. Leo liked to just get along even though he knew better.

But let's be honest Leo is far from the only HOF All American that I shot with for years that would say one thing in private and then another in public. In all the years I shot I shot with a large amount of current HOF members and let's face it NONE of them have stepped to the plate and did the right thing.

I've been a lone wolf of HOF inductee's that have called out the Sparta move, the HOF hog barn Bradford led shit show, the Pull 2012 ATA crooks, Gipson, the Martin's, and on and on. Hell Kiner told me that the Ass holes on the EC at one time were trying to throw me out of the HOF. So I hope you don't count me as one of those duck pond guys that don't say anything.

 

Well said Brad. What we all know about the so called leader of the ATA. They are either the dumbest or the slipperiest group that ever took over an organization.
Some of the things they did and got away with rate right up there with the BIDEN family. Roger C.
