Just received the latest invitation to the 3 day 90 bird shoot.

This is for ONE day. It is a 3 day shoot. If I can get the time I WILL be there.

 

It's always been at least a $500 day for me too!!

Shooting fun is just a BIG expensive exercise. With all of the added 'classes', the trophies are watered down so bad that if you do win, you still get nothing. How smart are we ?? We pay $100.00 to shoot for a $10.00 trophy~~if you saw it in a store you wouldn't even buy it !!!~~~OK, Give me hell !!~~I am about to throw in the towel anyway !!

FG how is the OSTA fighting this BS? They and CC added more categories this year.

What categories did they add voluntarily? They did not even have AAA. Suits me. I am tired of the "lets make everyone a winner game." These cat's are mandated. It is costing the shoots big money that is passed on.

That Flyers game is big $$$$. Not so many categories.

 

Yup, I got the same program. They priced me out of the flyer circuit!

Thanks, me too. I have not had a chance to attend very many the last year or so. Being a three day 30 per day shoot they limit the entries to 75. I have to wait to see if I can get the time off work and it might be too late.

Flyersarebest: I was sponsored one year, I gave him all my winnings, killed 24 in the ring, I shot a driver and Bird hit top of fence and toppled out. I did this at Ryans.

Sponsor has since passed away, Mfgd. casters in Columbus, Ohio.
He passed away early 70s.
