For Sale: Perazzi MX Nickel Receiver with Iron SET sold

This is a Comp / MX-8 style receiver with scroll on both sides and bottom and has been nickel plated by Giacomo Sports. The receiver is completely rebuilt with all new springs, firing pins, locking block, and top level polished and fitted by Whiz White. This receiver will fit any type 3 or type 4 set of barrels but Iron is for new style type 4 barrels only, will not work on type 3 barrels. Receiver and iron is complete and serialized the same with all original hardware for mounting to any type 4 forend and stock wood for drop out triggers. Have over $3000 invested and first $2000 gets it delivered to their FFL.

This receiver will accept any square frame MX set of barrels and is completely rebuilt like new... the forend metal is type 4 for new style barrels as you wish to use.

Both the receiver and forend iron are stamped 37909, I believe or was told that the receiver is original and the type 4 iron was stamped once fitted with the receiver. It was done like that when I bought it several years ago when I was building a separate doubles gun.

 

Receiver is completely rebuilt with new springs, firing pins, block etc. and type 4 iron set is nice with slight blue wear as normal. PM's answered and still available but you'll find no better deal anywhere...

 

The Deal gets better, I'm adding a complete wood set with adjustable comb, Greco pad adjuster and type 4 forend all painted acrylic Black and the package price is $2250 plus shipping. Add any MX type 4 barrel and trigger and your shooting a Perazzi!!!!

Well, if you could afford a new MX-10 barrel Giacomo has one for sale for $7950.00 but realistically an MX barrel runs between $1000 and $1800 and $400 to 500 for a trigger. There is no reason you couldn't have a super nice Perazzi for $4000 or so that's completely like new and ready to shoot.

Please let me know where I can buy an MX8 style type four barrel, with correct lug, for a 1000.00. I will be happy to purchase. That being said, what is the LOP with trigger in place? Does the Greco adjust for LOP? The electrical tape shown around the stock wrist, is for what purpose?

Jimmy, Jack bought the Receiver and Iron only. The grip tape is there for feel only and there is nothing wrong with the stock. The LOP as set is 14.5" but is fully adjustable from 13.5"-15"+ . You can have the stock set for $300 plus a little for shipping... Don
