Condition is very good overall with no damage or excessive wear, except as noted. There is a small chip at the toe of the stock next to the pad. There is wear in the poly finish where the stock joins the receiver next to the lever. There are three small dings long the top edge of the forend. All are shown in my photos below. Original DU hard case is in good cosmetic condition with working locks and keys. However the storage compartment has been altered to accommodate the long stock, and the strap that secures the buttstock is loose and needs to be re-attached. Cole lists this model as an EELL but it is marked “DU” and “DUCKS UNLIMITED” due to its extensively engraved sideplates based on the art of David A Maass (mallards, quail and grouse). Aside from the engraving please note the exceptional wood. Note that removal of the Gracoil system will result in a 1” reduction in length and a reduction in weight.
