What is the closest powder to the old 452?

452 was my favorite. I stopped using Win powders when it was discontinued.

Winchester Super Trap but I liked the 452 better.

Gary, it was my all-time favorite too. I use it in my Nitros for both singles and 27 yards.

After W-W quit producing it, I switched to and still use and lime WST. It looks similar, and even smells similar too when fired.

I switch occcasionally between it and Promo or Red Dot, but my #1 preference is the WST.

God, I type too fast. Above: "I lime" should be "I like" and "andeven" should be "and even".

Wish this site did not have a time limit on editing because I see typos constantly long after I post and go back and reread them.

    Sorry.
