What if the Missouri Governor says we will spend millions here?

The 'grand' moves another 3-1/2 hours farther away from the majority of Trap shooters

 

It would have to be millions, an easy million just in lodging rentals, not counting food-shopping-etc. Millions.

I think Merlo meant what if we (the state) says they (the state) would spend millions on expanding the facility at Linn Creek.

Might be wrong but that's what I got out of it.

 

Unless they already own enough land that is some mighty expensive real estate in that area. Beautiful part of the country though.

 

Even odds Mr Gipson knows someone that has land.

MTA has plenty of room to expand

 

The EC will make the decision. The decision will be to expand in Missouri. It will hurt in the short term but the same group will have control of trapshooting in the west.

The Cardinal Center will keep on doing what they do. I wouldn’t be surprised to see OH and PA go it alone. They don’t need the ATA.

Moving to Linn Creek will be a big yawn to trapshooters in OH and PA.

• Hats off to the Linn Creek crew just got back and thought they did a real good job. I was only able to shoot the last 3 days this year and wondered if I should drive 8.5 hours one way if it was going to be crowded mess or how late in the day to shoot. Didn't need to worry excellent shoot and friendly people only thing I missed was my camper.
